We are currently looking for tutors and mentors to support our students during the 2022-2023 school year! Tutoring and mentoring take place at our Garnet neighborhood site (Topaz Elementary School) and our Maple neighborhood site (Maple Elementary School).

BECOME A TUTOR
Tutors have one-on-one tutoring sessions with a junior high or high school student each week in a subject of your choice. Tutors commit to tutoring their student for 1 hour each week during the school year. Tutoring sessions take place Monday through Thursday between 3:30-6:30pm. Tutors can schedule their weekly session depending on their availability.

BECOME A MENTOR
Mentors meet with their high school student every other week during the school year to help them plan for success in high school and college. Mentors create positive and meaningful shared experiences with their students and offer them guidance and accountability. Mentoring meetings take place every other week on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm.

BECOME A INTERN
College Readiness Program Interns work one-on-one with junior high and high school students (grades 7-12) to help facilitate our Tutoring and Mentoring services. Interns must be available on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:45pm, and available for 2-4 hours within the following days & times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 3:30-6:30pm.
Elementary After School Interns work with small groups of elementary school students (grades 1-6) to help our team facilitate after-school tutoring and community activities. Interns must be available 2 days per week—Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 2:30-5:30pm.
